1.Hatha Yoga: in which the main purpose is to harmonize sympathetic with parasympathetic system in human body and achieve sound health in body and mind.
2.Raja Yoga through Yamas and Niyamas we manage to achieve control over turbulent mind
3.Gyana Yoga: help us to be more wise and more logic,improve our discrimination and other qualities of our mind.
4.Karma Yoga: through selfless motive in our everyday life cleans up harmful tendencies from our mind.
These ones are the main paths in Satyananda Yoga but there also more branches with advanced techniques as for example Kriya Yoga and Tattua Suddhi,Mantra Yoga, Chakra Yoga Sadhana,Laya Yoga etc etc
